I ve purchased 19 inch element TV or so it says on the box its actually an 18. five TV scheen. There was no sound had to call customer service for them to walk me through the audio process then their are only three screws for the TV stand when it should be seven screws. I had to use the four screws for now until I get seven screws and now I have a lopsided TV stand. The sound is very low. I am so disappointment with element. I will never every buy any products from that company ever

The new Element 43" TV appears to be incompatible with both of my AV components. We follow the set up instructions and we get "no signal. " It also has a prominent and consistent interruption in the audio, whether live or not. It has no built in DVD so we cannot watch anything, but the tv.

My element TV went to a black screen. I called customer service and was on hold for 50minutes. I then called back the next day and finally got a operator who ask for all my information to no avail told me I would not receive a refund or replacement for my TV. I informed her that it was not my fault that the TV went out. You can still here the sound, but no picture. It sits on a console all day every day. I've had televisions for years and have never experience a problem like this before This TV is only. A year and a half old and to just go out and no replacement I'm very unhappy. All I want is another TV from your company Please help me in this matter because I'm not the type who goes on social media so I hope someone can assist me in my case

I purchased a 32" Element TV ELEFW328. While trying to set up auto scan for channels, it scans up over 100 channel numbers,, but only receives channels 3-20 plus 70 and 90 (Some kind of signal strength chart). It does the same thing on AUTO STD IRC and HRC. A Sceptre brand Television two feet away will receive all the available channels (3 through 84) hooked up to the exact same cable outlet and wire as the other TV. I think it must be faulty, and think I should return it and get another one. Please let me know if there is a solution, or I can take it back to Wal-Mart tomorrow.

I purchased a 40 inch TV from Walmart and I cannot get it to program the digital channels on it. I had a cable guy to come and check the TV and he said I may have to purchase a digital tuner. I think this is a shame. I do not understand why I would have to purchase a digital tuner when this TV said it is fully a HD TV. I am planning on contact in the attorney general's office and file a complaint on this matter. I would like for you to contact me concerning this matter so I know what I need to do. I want to know if you have another 40 inch TV that does have the digital tuner in it that I can replace this one with. I want you to call me at 304-664-9736 as soon as possible.
