Dear Eppco, I am residing in Dubai and one of your employee refused to give bill after filling and he straight forward refused will not give bill why you want bill do not have bill go go in the worst manner he treated and selling fuel in other than designated red cans is not permitted right, when I enter petrol station he was filling in can and selling. His attitude is totally not good.
30th of October, i was coming from Abu Dhabi. When i entered in Dubai Shaikh Zayed Road. My right side was one Eppco pump. I went there, my vehicle installed RFID (vip). One guy filled petrol and he was walking here and there. I told him to remove nozzle, he said that you have to take out filling nozzle, he did arguments with me, after one guy came and he also did arguments with me. This guy two times hit on my arm and after he tried to punch on my face, i complained pump manager. He checked camera recording and accepted that his staff was wrong. He said he would inform his manager. After all, they would take action on that guy and he would inform me. He took my mobile number, but nobody called me. 30th of October on Thursday at 9:30 pm to 9:35pm recording was there that time i told manager. I called police because that guy hit me. He said that management would take action. I request you to please follow this.
