I keep on receiving messages from 0780002378 concerning my account that it has this or that like today I received a message from same number saying my account has been registered under a name mary njoki. I always report those messages to alert number 333, but you take no action. Hence I fear my account will be hacked un aware. Please do something about it since I have reported the matter like ten time from same number. Its so frustrating.

Am writing this to express my greatest disappointment on Equity Bank. I believe its the worst bank to Bank with Especially if you're working overseas. The Diaspora Section never respond to email and call unless you know someone directly, neither the Branch manager Her self. Its really disgusting to bank with a Bank which do not really value their customers.
