scratch resistant-within five days of wearing it I found minor scratches over my lense even after proper care was taken
anti reflective- Usually I do not drive in night, but somehow I found Company did not stand true on their commitment and it failed my expectation
and today when i reached your Store at EYE connect he made me culprit for not keeping it safely
I urge the company to kindly resolve my issue and take immediate action or elase I am looking forward for Consumer forum.

Varilux crizal uv protection progressive lens purchased on 20-10-15 from sankara netralaya chennai mrd no:- 1576475, order no:- snpt396004, scan copy attached . from last two days it was observed that two patches appeared in both lenses which could not be cleared by applying the lens cleaning solution. i had showed this case to sankara netralaya, kolkata mukundapur branch. today they had received the spec for sending it to their chennai branch for rectification / replacement. within few months this type of deteriorated quality isn't at all expected. please expedite the rectification / replacement of my spec. thanks, .

I purchased my glasses at a retail store in Los Angeles in April 2014, high index transition single vision with Crizal Avance. I understand that the Crizal coating warranty is for two years. I contacted the store because the Crizal coating is crazing and I'm getting a lot of glare. The store told me that they only warranty the coating for one year. The lenses have no scratches, the coating is defective. How can I replace my lenses under warranty?

I purchased your brand Lens in Mangaldeep Optics, Kodambakkam on ten August 2012. I had problem in the lens there was scratches in the lens within six to seven months gave it back to the dealer and he send it for replacement as three years gone i still didn't receive the lens. I spoke with your Area Manager Mr. Praveen personally and he didn't turn up and spoke with the another manager Mr. Naveen, but no response. I check with the dealer (Mangaldeep Optics) they say that you people didn't turn up to collect the payment cheque. I'm working in AP i travel to Chennai once in three - four months whenever i come to Chennai i ask for the lens they say they didn't get the lens from you people. Check and revert back to me else I am going to contact the consumer court for cheating me and not giving my lens yet.
