I have had the WORST time trying to get a real LIVE person to talk to at Experian. Your Customer Service is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot of companies since my husband passed away recently. I received a letter from Experian on May ten telling me that $49. 98 had been credited to my credit card, but so far have not seen the amount credited to my acct. And it has been eight days. I talked to a live person on May 18 and they said it would be credited, but so far it has not happened that I know of. Today was told they could not give me any info. Better Business Bureau will be hearing about Experian from me. I will be contacted the Better Business Bureau of Experian.
