I returned to Singapore on MI 381 on Sat 6th Jun 15. When the plane landed my son suffered a severe nosebleed. I activated the call assistance bell, but nobody responded. The plane had already landed and was taxiing slowly to the Aerobridge. I informed the chief stewardess, but she said that she couldn't respond to the bell as the plane was moving. Even after the plane stopped nobody offered assistance. As I brought my son out via the Aerobridge he felt faint and had to rest on the chair in the transit lounge. The stewardesses were disembarking from the plane saw me and my family and again made no attempt to render assistance. In addition to this there were other areas of poor customer service which I'll highlight when you contact me.

We, three of corporate from one of MNC had booked a flight MI 473 Hyderabad to Shanghghai. On 14th Dec departure time 23:15. Unfortunately this flight after take off and approximately one hour of travel faced technical problem. Captain/Pilot of flight took very wise decision to return back to Hyderabad. All activities inside flight was very well managed by captain without creating any panic situation till landing of flight back to Hyderabad. However ground staff was not able to manage the situation effectively. This was disappointing experience where passenger were waiting for three hours for alternate arrangement without offering even a cup of water. Hope this feed back will help you to take appropriate action to attend to passenger defective in unforeseen situations.
