My internet service in 86441 area in Az has been in and out for two weeks. The IT techs are not informed if there's an outage. I has them create a ticket for a tech to come and fix it. They texted me and said it was fixed. Internet yes, but still in and out, but NO Wi-fi. No service from 7/9/20@ 8pm. Internet on 7/10 without WI-FI. They gave me an appointment for 07-21-20. So 11 days with in and out service and no wi-fi. Hire customer service people who can speak English clearly perhaps someone in the US I see you prefer English in commenting in this message. Why can not I have the same when I call in? Your communications between departments is atrocious.

A former customer of yours passed away. He had not used your service for quite some time because he was very ill and unable to live in his home. He had no relatives living near him and was not competent cognitively. Recently his home was being emptied out and some of your equipment was found. I now have that equipment. I think its a router, a couple of the TV boxes, and remote controls. Please email me with instructions as to how I can assist you in getting your equipment back. So far, I have been able to contact the appropriate person of yours to return your equipment.
