Just seen email re V ticket. What's going on ? I have to go queue for a ticket I bought months ago ? Can imagine how long these will be. And then what ? I queue again to get in? And miss first acts as usual? When did this decision get made ? And why weren't customers told before we bought ? Cos I do not want to miss anything on my day I now have to travel )and park) on a previous day to make sure I get in in time on Sunday. As last year, with rubbish sound quality, V has become not about the music and festival goers, just about the money. If you doubt this just check the survey they sent out to me after last years festival. All about the sponsors. If you sell these tickets, give us some customer service.
