Our 40 inch smart TV started to hang up especially when it is connected to the internet. It even get stuck-up when where watching movies online even if the internet connection is excellent. When it hangs-up and we try to exit it even the remote control wont work. It;s totally useless. So we need to switch it off to the main power source in the television because it wont work anymore.

I have contacted Hisense Customer Service on several occasions since late August Incident 137863. I am unable to get smart TV to work. I called Netflix initially and they conferences in Hisense and it was determined the software on the 55 inch TV I bought last year was outdated. After several more calls with level one and level two reps and going through the same procedures nothing has been done. If documented correctly you will see all the activity in the incident report. It's time your company sent a technician out to correct the problem. This whole process has been totally unacceptable and needs to be corrected.

Your company is policies are terrible and communicating with customer service reps is very difficult I sent my TV back because the screen just cracked while it was off or whatever y'all company has had my TV for over a month or more and they said they filed a claim because my TV was damage through shipping from FedEx. I get a call today from the company saying my claim was denied by FedEx and the company can not fix it cause the warranty is out, but I bought the TV two months ago from the local walmarts. It's OK because I will tell everyone I no not to ever by one your company TV's.

I'm surprised and disappointed to realize that the life expectancy of the Hisense TV is so short. At a time when technology has evolved greatly, five years seems a very small number compared to other TV brands life span. My Tv has been down for over a week, and the customer service people that I have encountered are rude and do not seem to care that my TV is broke. The TV repair person lives two hours away and now I have to wait another week for the part to get to her for her to make time to drive to me to repair it. They should be doing something to make me the customer happy. I have had other electronics with warranties and it has never taken this long except with Xbox I will never buy this brand again unless they fix my TV sooner than another week after being treated like I do not matter. I have opened ticket number 45287. I would like to use external speakers (a JBL soundbar) and every time either my DVR or DVD (HDMI ports one and 2) needs to pause, fast forward, and change channels, I have to go in to the menu and change the digital audio from raw back to PCM. This is a real drag to do once every few minutes. I love the picture, and appreciate the customer service agent being honest about having no solution,, but I would like to see this fixed.
