All full-time staff has their own designated office space with IT facilities and secure storage for their personal effects, while part-time staff have a hot-desking arrangement. At IMAGE School of Technology - Bukit Merah there are 5 classrooms with a total seating capacity of 198, a computer suite and a library. The Regional Library is a 5 minute walk from the college and the students have membership with loan facilities. LCD projection and laptops are provided for every teacher.

Building Management has annual mandatory Exercise in emergency evacuation of the building. There are evacuation drills for all students and staff at least twice per year.
