The package was received by JPay on 4-30-2018 Postage pre-paid. I have yet to receive my tablet back from JPay. My son (inmate at NorthCentral Correctional) and I have been trying to replace a Player that no longer works. He has sent a minimum of three notes to JPay to request a new player, and I have emailed and called numerous times to get this resolved. The customer service area is absolutely not helpful. I get a different answer each time I call, and the response time to emails is at least 3-5 days. This could be a simple process if he just had access to order a new player. He will have to turn in the old one to the facility in order to pick up the new one when it arrives, thus keeping within the guidelines of having only one player. Please help us to get this resolved. He just needs the access at the kiosk to order a new one. Please try to help us. Thank you.
