KOA Customer Service Number Delineated Here With Complaints and Reviews
I am a seasonal camper at the Ottawa West / Renfrew KOA and I am very disappointed in the owners. They do not seem to care about the seasonals, they do not reinforce the rules, nobody goes around after 11:00 to let people know it's quiet time, it seems to be a free for all place, a party place. As seasonals, we have to pay for our own electricity, but some seasonals do not even have a meter on their lot, how is that fair? I have met a lot of wonderful people and made new friends, but if things do not change, I will have to find another campground, one where the rules are applied fairly. I guess some owners are in it for the money only.

We stayed at the Acton, CA KOA in Soledad Canyon Sept8-11, 2016. We were with a large group, the Lance Owners of America, 60 spaces where reserved. The park could really use some care. In the men's restroom, the light bar over the sink had only two out of four light bulbs. The next morning, there were none making it difficult to shave. The main light in the men's bathroom, the flourescent light in the main part of the room was out, leaving one light out of two showers working. This was brought to the attention of the attendant, but nothing happened. In the other shower facilities, the water heater was out. The pool was covered in ash from a fire that happened a month earlier. This park is in a beautiful and premier location with such potential, that it is a shame that the management there has chosen not to do minor repairs to keep the customers coming back.

I made a reservation at Nashville KOA and have not received a conformation email. I called and they said they would send it several hours ago, and still haven't received it. The reservation is for Sept. 5-8. Thank you.

Re: KOA Santa Fe Journeys - tent sites do not have pebbles, just dirt. The dust is horrible. I had to clean everything in my tent and all my dishes when i left. The owners said sorry. That doesnt solve anything for the people who will come after me. I asked for a discount. Didnt get it. I was very aggravated. Don't stay here in a tent.

Laramie, wyoming location has bad location next to interstate. Recommend staying in walmart parking lot then staying, warning only pay one night. KOA will not refund any money if have bad. Experience. Bad business, highway robbery.

Stayed one night, paid for two nights. Could not. Sleep asked for one night money return refused, location of this KOA is noisey believe i should get money back. Interstate is noisy bad. Will never stay at KOA again.

I recently made a reservation via the internet. I inadvertently used the wrong date and did not realize it until I received a call from the KOA the day after my booked arrival. That is when the error was discovered. I had to pay for one night as a no show, Yes, shame on me. However, I wonder if there is a way you can improve your system by an automatic notice saying that the reservation date is two days away and if cancellation is necessary please contact the facility immediately. I suspect that I am not the only person who used the wrong date when booking. This may avoid unnecessary expense for others and also avoid tying up a site that others may have wanted to use. I have been trying to reach the Gunnison CO KOA the last few days to cancel my reservation for May 3rd, 4th and 5th. To get the deposit refunded. I am getting no response from them from either the emails or voice messages I have sent per their website. Are they out of business?.

I made a reservation with the KOA Flagstaff in Arizona using their online portal, the reservation stated I would receive an emailed confirmation which as of this posting I have not, I have tried numerous times to phone the office and no one will answer the phone, I have tried emailing them and I left a message for someone to phone me back and as of this email I have not received any correspondence.

As valued camper at KOA in Canada I have one question. How does one justify raising rates from $50. A nighto %$85. 00 a night on long wknds. THis park has new owners, but this is crazy. Lovely park we thoroughly enjoy it there, but at these prices, not so much. We are talking a small town KOA not Niagara Falls. Thank you for your time, a very disappointed KOA camper.

I can not seem to be able to access my account even after I go through the :FORGOT-MY PASSWORD" procedure on the log-in page. Every time I type in the temporary password it tells me i"unsuccessful login". Can you please get back to me with another fix to this problem.

Hi, I am trying to figure out who to contact at KOA. I am an electric vehicle owner (specifically a Tesla), and Tesla has been unable to provide charging stations along I-30 and I-40 in the south and southeast portions of the US, thus limiting severely the ability for not only Tesla owners, but other electric vehicles owners to use their electric vehicles for travel in this region. I think KOA is positioned to offer this service, as they are already positioned close to major thoroughfares. I look forward to hearing from you.

Lori Hight general manager of St.Petersburg/Maderia Beach went on racially fueled rant towards my husband over a car pass.Cabin rental was in his name and he in fact had a car pass given at check in.Simple misunderstanding turned into something racial,ugly, and unnecessary. By reaction of other employees she behaves like this often.She made it crystal clear "people like him " where not welcome in her campground. She has snowbirds who pay $1200.00 a month not to have "people like him" around. How disturbing that you have a lady like this representing your company. I noted about 17 cars without passes and brung such to her attention.Instead of apologizing she just kept going on about having trouble in the past with "people like him", and car pass is the rules. My husband hadn't even been on site 5 minutes and Mrs.Height had her office continually calling my cell phone,she was knocking in cabin doors in a rage to other family members we had staying there as well,we were threatened with se

Ive lived in Savannah KOA going on four yrs yet no one has the balls to approach much less correct Melissa our Manager. The Queen on how to correct our internet, TV going in and out, trash not picked up, dirt roads, shall I continue. Honestlsy IF yall are the KOA I saw on the TV show, LMAO, yall did not come here. It SUCKS here yet its the only place I can park my 5th wheel. The current "Manager" and yes I'm laughing, she needs to go, she aint done SHIT for us.
