I am getting plastic pieces in my salt grinding from the salt side of the hand held grinder. I haven't had the product for long. The electric salt and pepper shakers I have purchased both get clogged up after just a few weeks and the battery power seems to fade faster and faster even with new batteries.

I purchased Kamenstein Bamboo Inspirations 16-Cube Spice Rack from Amazon. I really love this on my counter top. All of my guest are amazed to see it and ask me about retailer. But yesderday while cleaning one of cube jar fell down and broke. Now my spice rack is looking ugly. Is there any way I can get a replacement jar? I saw online, but no one is selling single jar. I bought the 20 jar revolving spice rack last week and sent an email and phoned several times. My oregano and herbes de Provence’s caps are cracked and I was hoping you’d replace them. Otherwise, I will have to box it up and return the product which I like. Don’t know if photo went through.

We purchased the 20 jar spice rack, but it had 2- oregano, 2- season salt, 2- Italian seasoning, 2- pizza seasoning and 2- herbes de prorence, , but did not have celery salt, garlic salt, poultry seasoning or steak seasoning.

My spice rack came with a defective jar that does not fit in any of the spaces. I need a replacement jar and extra labels for spices that you provide, but did not come with the rack. I have attempted to contact Kamenstein about this three times since my purchase on June 24.
