My name is David and I want to say that I love your tools and power equipment. I always buy your products and have never had a problem until now. I purchased a string trimmer from lowes about six months ago and recently noticed that the battery was not lasting very long and now it is so bad that it only holds a charge for about 15 minutes. So I went back to lowes to exchange the battery and was told that they can not do that I was stunned. I do not have the receipt since it has been six months I'm not asking for my money back I just want what I paid for. I hope to keep a great relationship with Kobalt going in the future. The trimmer that I purchased was Kobalt 40-volt Max 12inc straight cordless trimmer and edger with battery. I called number 888 356 2258 in reference to a Kobalt air compressor model 476123 purchased from Lowes in Petal Mississipp on 2/19/16i. The compressor motor will not refil the tank and is makeing a low humming noise when it does come on. The compressor comes with a one year warranty and I purchased an additional two year warranty. I talked to two Kobalt customer service reps who were very rude and unprofessional. I was asking the last rep I spoke with questions and he replied to me OH WELL and hung up the phone. My phone number is 601 310 8740 maybe record of my call can be looked up and those two reps can be reprimanded some type of way for their unprofessionalism and smart comments directed towards me. I was told I would be sent parts to fix the compressor myself. I am not a compressor mechanic. I chose to buy a high priced Kobalt item because of the Kobalt name and reputation, and had no reason to be spoken to by the Kobalt customer service operators like I was.

I bought a Kobalt tool box for my truck about three years ago in texas, where I bought my truck. Over the years, my job took me to a lot of off road places like Douglas, Wyoming and Haynesville, Louisiana. My truck a beating and so did my tool box. Mine is a 69 X 20 X 19 Aluminum FS Truck TB. Because of this off road job I had, my locks and lid shocks are wore out. I want to keep my box.
