I am a student at Swansea Uni and I need to booking ticket after my exams in January, so I tried to contact with Kuwait Airways Office many times on last Wednesday at least 20 times by phone, but no body answer, just to make sure is it good time to come to London eve Christmas 24/12 and I did double check when I open your homepage and I find what time open and close however they do not mention anything about eve Christmas. I decide to go to London by train with along journey and I arrived there at 13:10 which is already closed. I'm really very disappointed about that. I waste my time and spent money for nothing, just I ask you to respect us and just replay on phone and mention your holidays and eve holiday on your web site. And can imagine how much suffering with travel from Swansea until London and comeback with nothing. Many thanks.

Myself David Thomas and my civil partner Boonthiang Suanmalee have booked tickets for flight KU104 DEPART 11.30 Heathrow Airport Terminal four to Bankok on the 07/10/13 and return on the 21/10/13.I am enquiring if i can change Boonthiang Suanmalee's name on the ticket as Bonnthiang will not receive his leave to remain visa in time for the flight and will not be able to return back into the country without the visa.The new name to replace Boonthiang Suanmalee will be Stephen Walter Badman.
