Since installing Lavasoft software, Windows Defender - which had been working - is no longer running. Something within your program has disabled it from working (without my permission) and it shows an uprotected status in the Windows Defender program. This should have been left alone. It would not hurt Lavasoft and should not have been taken over.

I bought ad/aware software it never worked right. The techs tried three times to repair it. Just kept freezing up. I have tried for 14 days to get a refund. They even took control of my computer to remove the program and tried to do things and open files I did not ask them to do. I broke there connection. Even today 3/5/15 I got another run around after going thru a long explanation they told me they were transferring me to the billing dept. After 25 minutes on the phone in dead silence no answer. This company is a real RIPOFF keep your money safe and KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.
