Had luggage one day flight from Chicago to Italy and zipper split.
I bought the pair of boots from bay last year made by London Fog, only wore twice last year and this year I used the boots for two months and one side of my heels were worn off from both sides. I never experience anything like this before as I used London Fog before. I send the email, but no response by them. Let’s see if you guys get my message this time.
Mens London Fog winter boot. One is decomposing while the other is fine. The Bay store footwear agents have never seen anything like this and suggested we reach out to London Fog. We have via various forms (numerous e-mails and vmsgs, FB, Iconix call centre etc.) and yet to hear back from anyone. WOW. Three weeks and still no acknowledgement from anyone.

I purchase a beautiful set of luggage (hounds tooth black and white), and have used twice. They look discolored. This was a large purchase for me and I had hoped to have this set a very long time, but not looking as it does. I sent several emails to luggage@londonfog.com explaining my situation with a damaged luggage, but as of yet have not received a response. I purchased a carry on luggage a few months ago (Cambridge 20 inch black and white). I used it once and noticed the seam on the bottom which is opened up and separated from the bottom vinyl part of the luggage. Can someone please contact me and let me know how I can replace this?

I've bought the London Fog suitcase around 18 months ago. I've travel back from Asia and notice the key log has broken. Could you please have a look and is there any chance you could help me in replacing it or find the way to fix it as this is the second time I used it and I think I've got the guarantee for it.
I purchased two London Fog suitcases from TX Maxx last November, in the UK I still have my receipt after one trip the handle on the top of the case has come away and the side is split.
Horrible Customer Service. There is no one to help you with my DAMAGED luggage. Talk to an foreigner from over seas and cant understand a Word they are saying. They cant help me with my issue and have NO contact information for me. NEVER WILL buy l London Fog products. I have been ripped off Joel Juge .
Your customer service is horrible. This is my fourth time contacting London Fog, and they wont return my calls nor respond to my messages. I placed an order 100042416. UPS returned my package to London Fog, and I've contacted LF numerous times to have them resend the coats I ordered, to no avail. Please have my original order resent to me. Thank you. I recently bought a pair or London Fog Waterproof Boots in March 2015 I was very happy with my New London Fog Boots, but only to realized that in October 2015 the Boots were leaking this is very discouraging as I paid $135. 00 on Sale for this Boots. I took it back to the Store and was only refunded $81. 00. I am not very happy as I though London Fog is a reputable Company and stand behind their Product. This is very frustrating, My $10 Boots from Urban Planet lasted over a year before it started to leak go figure.
