I have bought Max Factor mascara from boots in Chesterfield it was absolutely rubbish been buying it for several years there was nothing in it was really disappointed phoned customer service and they want me to send photos by e mail and receipt think all that trouble is a lot bad service he was foriegn and could hardly understand him all the makeup l buy is always Max Factor.

Hi I recently purchased a Max Factor foundation face finity all day flawless from the boots store in Preston. There was nobody available to help me at the time with the correct shade etc. When I arrived home it was the completely wrong shade for my skin. Could I possibly return to boots for a refund or arrange a consultant to help me with a colour match x

I recently bought a 24hr lasting lip product for around £9. 00, way over my usual price that I would pay for an important event. I found the result ugly, unflattering with a wrinkled dry result It was most difficult to remove which ruined my event The salesgirl in Superdrug explained the product to me hence my purchase. However, after applying I was horrified at the results I initially thought was due to my age (50) However, I asked my daughter (30) to try the product and she too found it dry and gave the lips an awful wrinkled appearance, very unflatteringI am most surprised having totally trusted Max Factor for my usual beauty products and would appreciate your comments. I am attaching a picture of the shell compact I bought on 27th November and you will see that the powder inside has completely crumbled and is not useable. At the time I took advantage of the two for three offer and this is recorded on the photo from my bank account also attached. I really like this product and have constantly bought it over the years, but nine months ago I had a similar problem and the compact was not useable
is this product covered byth the 1979 Fit for purpose Act.
