I have just moved my mobile phone service provider from T-Mobile to Lycamobile. I enrolled in automatic monthly renewal. My renewal was due on May 31. The deduction was to be directly taken out of my checking account. I have sufficient fund in my account, but I just found out, the automatic deduction was not effected. Rather than take money out of my checking account to renew my service, my phone service was turned off. Because of the Veterans Holiday, I had to suffer for lack of mobile phone service up until now.
