Hello, it's David Waterhouse , 97 Elizabeth Bay Rd Elizabeth Bay, Sydney Australia. I have owned two dishwashers by Miele previously. The last one broke down. So I ordered a Miele dishwasher in July, with an undertaking of delivery in August for A$2990. 00 and delivery charges of $184-which I paid. My receipt number Is 045142
In August I requested the machine many times, maybe 20 phone calls of waiting up to an hour each time(20 hours wait)-finally late September the machine was delivered, however with a bump in the front. It was returned. I have now just been told delivery will be in December-5 months of waiting-I complained to the manager in your Melbourne office "Michelle" -who was indifferent and the order has been canceled. I need the machine by next month-can you please override her and have a machine delivered within four weeks?

It is well and truly time MIELE addressed the appalling after sales service in Australia. It took 65 minutes on the phone to organise a home technician visit Reading the reviews on the NET this is not uncommon. People give up or get someone else to do this tedious hanging onto the end of a phone. It takes four days to get an answer on an email. The service is 3rd rate for a first rate $$$$$ product. My German car dealer can do it well, why can not Miele? I have house full of Miele products. The technicians are great and the product is good. Everything else is dreadful. Regards

I have a miele integated coffee maker. It has been out of service since MID JANUARY 2018
it is now MID MAY 2018. The USA support guys keep sending parts to the local repair where we live and everytime that doesn't work and they order something else. We have been patient, but now enough is enoughX. This is not why I have a whole kitchen of MIele products, for one to be out for three months. It is not acceptable and I am getting no where in the USA

I live in BEnd Oregon and am just about to warn through local media why NOT to buy Miele as the product suopport is just not there. One coffee maker versus a bad name is this what your company wants ?

All my kitchen household appliances are Miele for years now. I have a double fridge freezer and in January the left door handle broke, but I was able to find a replacement. Now the right handle has broken and I’m told it’s not made any more I have been searching for months now and have come up with nothing. I live in Cyprus and the support here is awful Had I have known that after buying a full range of Miele products that I wouldn’t have any customer support I would never have purchased this brand to begin with I am very disappointed. If I was to send you the make and model could you at least let me know if you still have handles or at least suggest an alternative solution for my problem?.

I have a built in coffee maker and constantly get a Fault F233 notice. In the past I have asked the Sydney office what this is and they did not know and had not heard of it. It happens when the machine is first switched on, I press OK and can make coffee although sometimes the middle dispenser does not lower to the top of the coffee cup/mug. Can you please check this fault number and tell me what it is so that I can let the repair people in Sydney know. I keep the machine well services when required and it is clean.

In less than four years we have had to replace all the major Miele appliances in our Kitchen- including Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Dryer, and now Cooker hood. There are clearly many issues with the quality of your products and the customer service people are asked to cover up the issues by placing the blame on customers usage and maintenance standards. Here in Hong Kong most people now know your Brand to be a Scam and i would never dare to touch a Miele product again and waste hard earned money on your ridiculously priced goods which require constant spare parts replacements at outrageous border-line insane costs
