Also applied to N.C.T.E, E.R.C for reconition. Matter lingered on issue of N.O.C [Regalation 5 (E)&(F)]. C.W.J.C 8997/98 filed and disposed off favourably. N.C.T.E, E.R.C filed L.P.A 1080/2004. Double bench of High court asked N.C.T.E, E.R.C to exmine the entire matter under regulation 6(II). N.C.T.E did not act. Mirza Ghalib Teachers Training College Patna claimed to have closed the file and advised for fresh application. Appeals before court and minority education commmission made and waiting disposal. Appeal in N.C.T.E HQR NEW DELHI remanded to N.C.T.E E.R.C to be modified as per court order of 2005. N.C.T.E, E.R.C still insisted on fresh application.
