I bought a gift voucher in April 2016 unfortunately I lost it together with the slip when I went back to the store today and I could not be assisted though they called the head office. Hi i am so disgusted by the service that my mother and i got at your Somerset West branch. I was never in my life treated like i am the scum of the earth to put it mildly. I will not be putting my foot in your store again and will tell my family and friends as well not too. I paid my account on 2016/07/15 at Baywest Mr Price - R555. The new card machine didn't issue me with a receipt and they said I have to take my bank statement to someone to sort it out. Don't see why. Phoned customer service and the person said to liaise with store. I WANT the payment to reflect on my account or I want a refund. I forwarded proof of payment as well. Paid my account way in advance, but now struggle to get assistance. I WILL NOT pay it again until this is sorted out. The manager now says I must give my bank statement so he can go to ABSA to get the money. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS Made purchase and that is reflected How on earth can a payment not be allocated rightfully Will NEVER shop at Baywest again.

I was in there this morning and it is chaos - untidy and different types of clothing all over the ladies department. I went to Mr Price Chris Hani in vosloorus on 11 July 2016 and there was a problem with their speed points. Instead of them apologising and letting those who want to swipe they let is stand in the line like idiots and continued attending to those paying by cash. And when asked about when I would be attended to I was told as soon as the two swiping machines were available. And the sales person was very rude about this. And after being in queue for about 20mins I was finally attended to with no apology.

I was at Me Price Thaba-Nchu a few minutes ago. I diddnt even take five minutes in the shop as I was looking for a scarf and I didn't find. In my exit one of the staff wants to search my bag and he is male. I gave him a supriced look as I have been in the shop before without my bag being searched. I left and he followed me outside making a scene. I asked if he was a security official. He then went to call some other lady who he thought could come and intimidate me. I simply asked her since when are they enforcing the law and which law is that. My bag us personal and I can not be searched when it suited them. And if their following me who is searching the other customers? I do not apreciate being treated like a thief.

I am very unhappy with Mr Price green acres PE. The manager took only one set of bra's back, but refused to take other set because had no tag on it, but I had my slip and she said it smelled like smoke. Why take others back then?i asked her what i must do with bra's that does not fit and money i lost?she replyed by saying i must get someone that it fits meening to sell it how the hell can she do that?i have spend almost 600 that day and always buy my chlose there and spend much more than that a month and neve eve have i feld so imbarrised in my life. I visited your Oudtshoorn clothing store and thanks to Heinrich blocking the aisle with his trolley and some idiot leaving a sharp metal shelf sticking out I gashed my leg open and bled. Heinrich looked at me like a piece of excrement for daring to injure myself and did so yet again when I said it is common to at least ask "are you alright?" when someone is in obvious pain and bleeding. The gash on my leg was eye level to a little girl running around the store so maybe having sharp rusty shelves at eye height to a small child is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I shouldn't leave your store bleeding and limping when i go to buy clothes. When i told the manager I was disgusted to be looked at with hatred and total lack of compassion by her staff (who i can only assume was the one who left the shelf sticking out in the first place) she laughed and said thanks and walked away. DISGUSTING attitude from shelf stacker and my receipt says Riana was the store manager. This happened at 12. 25 on 23/01/16.

I am Naledi from Sharpeville I buy my clothing at Mr Price mainly because it has the best prices for a high school student to spend. On Wednesday I went to the Mr Price in Vereeniging right after writing my exam, only to be told by the security at the door to come back at two o'clock because students in uniform come in at that time. Then he did the very same thing to me on Friday, I was highly disappointed by their service as Mr Price's most customers are high school students like me. I place an order about two weeks ago for duvet covers and duvet inner for my children room, because there inner are very old and thin. What an disappointment when Mr Price duver inners arrived at me. For that money I expected a better quality and a much thicker tipe of duvet inner as the one I received. I'm not a person that like to complain, but the duvet inners you send me is a heavy disappointment. I am happy with the duvet covers, but the inners is not it's money wurth.

Before i fill this form i was approximately given an credit of R1600they told me if i used it up all i will be paying R200. 00 so i was quiet surprised to pay R280 per month no hard feeling into my side i never skip a month, but i did not pay on a due date now i am on arrears called me to find out about payment now i must pay R420 i wont ignore it i will as my payment delayed so i will pay before month end.

I went to buy sport clothes for my son at Mr Price Sport at The Grove. At the cashier the lady was very reluctant to assist me. So much so that another lady at the tills had to reprimand her. From there we went to Mr Price home. It was 4. 30 and the doors were already closed. The person said they are closed because they are busy with recount so we cannot come in. When we complained he said the boss Mrs Phindi gave them permission to close early. I informed the person of my dissatisfaction and reported the situation to the Grove mall management as policy dictates all stores to be open until 5.00.
