Last evening I called your call centre after getting a weather related message on my television screen which is now stuck on your Installation Wizard. Your agent Velani Madondo could not help so his supervisor Tsepo malope phoned me
and also could not assist. Tsepo actually got very rude implying that the whole thing was my fault and I should get a technician to sort the problem out. I pointed out that my DSTV NOW was not working as it stated that my DSTV package did not qualify. I am a premier subscriber. Malope told me he would get your technical department to get it sorted out and that he would phone me back. This he did not do. I think in lieu of my loyalty of over 20 years paying nearly R1000. 00 a month and your shocking service you could assist in organizing at your cost a technician to readjust my dish which I think just shifted in the wind. I reside in Cape Town and would welcome all efforts to resurrect your companies name and service record. Kind regards

We bought a dstv set on the first of April 2018 and it was installed yesterday 02 April 2018. Our problem is that we do not know how are we going to pay for the service coz we do not have a card or anything that we can produce to the counter in order to pay for the service. The installer told us that we will receive a text message from multichoice that will be containing the NUMBER that we will use to pay for the service. Up until now we did not receive anything. My TV guide magazine stopped coming in November 2017. Phoned call centre in January who said they would "escalate" it. Phoned again in February, same story, still no magazine. Phoned again today. Same story of "escalation". Asked them for head office number which "does not exist". I am told I cannot phone the distribution department. This is very poor service. My DSTV subscription has for many years been paid for by another person. In January I ought a PVR decoder. Last month the said person stopped the subscription for my property. I want to continue with the premium package and pay for it myself. When calling to do so, I have been told I must go to an outlet, collect a change of ownership form, go to the other person, get them to sign it and then go back to the outlet/office. This is so that MY PVR that I bought and paid for can be transferred into my name. Please, why is it so HARD to get the premium subscription going?.
