This is the incident happened on my travel from Heathrow stopover to Thailand back to Phils last May 25, 2017. At 12:00nn, TG620 flight landed at NAIA. It took 30 minutes before I passed the immigration to pick-up my luggage at Cart2. I get my luggage from the cart counter and put it on the backset of my car. I wasn't able to check my luggage if something was wrong with my bag since I'm a regular traveler. When I arrived in our house in Cavite, my driver unloaded my things. When I was about to open the big suitcase. I have noticed that the zipper was no longer on its right position which should be attached on the built in lock. Then looking closer on my voyager luggage, the lock was forcefully opened by screwing the hole on the built-in-lock. As I open the luggage my medicine was a little bit scattered on the area and my Pandora box was also out of the pouch where it was located. Also, I noticed that the box of Pandora was opened and the necklace and earrings inside the box were gone.

Kanina pa kaming umaga naghihintay para sa flight pr 656 and hapon na naglabas kayo ng gate number, but never niyo nilabas ang counters na pwede kami magcheck in. Tapos eto sama sama lahat ng flight ng pal na middle east and simple thing na we are asking na iayos niyo pila ano sabi niyo hindi niyo kaya. Wal kayo magagawa. Pwede nmn kayong humawak ng megaphone at iaayos san pila ng riyah dammam abu dhabi.
