Nirmala College - Muvattupuzha is situated on a green hillock by the side of Muvattupuzha -Thodupuzha road and close to the confluence of three rivers ('Thriveni Sangamam'). Nirmala College - Muvattupuzha was founded in 1953 by His Grace Most Rev. Dr. Augustine Kandathil, Arch Bishop of Ernakulam. The Nirmala College - Muvattupuzha celebrated the Golden Jubilee in the year 2002-'03. This is the 57 th year of its glorious service to the cause of higher education.
