I recently purchased Learn It Now Spanish Premier for my wife We have made several attempts to load it to my wife's laptop (a brand new DELL) We keep getting the same error message and the install fails. I would like a solution to this issue or my money back. If a resolution cannot be made, then I will contact my lawyer and let him handle it.

I have attempted, after searching every available Nova Development support option on the web, to get some basic software questions (pre-purchase) answered without any result--no live body that could answer a question or any email address. So, I have given up getting help with Nova products.

I forgot to say that as you did not have the courtesy to reply on line, I phone you, but gave up after 25 minutes THAT IS A VERY EXPENSIVE PHONE CALL FROM THE UK I held on because I believed what your automated system told me that "you have two minutes to wait"; I waited and waited - way after two minutes - then to be told "you have three minutes to wait"; after thereafter waiting, waiting, waiting only then to be told "you have five mins. " I was so disgusted I hung up. So unprofessional to lie in this way.
