I am trying to contact customer service. I cannot find a direct email address to send my inquiry anywhere
The phone is never answered. We only get that aggravating message which basically says "we are too busy to help you, why do not you just hang up and leave us alone". I ordered two gift subscriptions and only one person received their newsletter. How do I reach you to get this resolved?.

I just received my June 2018 issue. My account is 2954 2517 120 NZ 05SR. The wording on outside cover states that my subscription has now expired which on the back cover where my address is, it does say June 2018. On May four, 2018, I sent in a check, 1312 for $42. 00 for two years which should take me to June of 2020. We had a lot going on medically here and I wasn't thinking straight, I sent in another payment on May 21, 2018, check 1315 for $42. 00 for another two years which should now take me to June of 2022. I am hoping someone there can straighten this out on your end. I can send you copies of my duplicate carbon copies of my checks if you so require. Thanking you ahead of time, for reading my complaint and taking action to correct the expiration date. Mrs. Evelyn Maser .

Trying to change Em ail preferences very difficult. Needs better direction on the site. Also, reviewing some of the info on your aim, purpose etc. Is a little discouraging as the grammar and sentence structures sound as though the writer is non English speaking/literate. Not finding any cohesive literature managEm ent in any of the publications and, frankly, they sound suspect as to the overall intent of the publication. If you want to seEm credible, your literature needs a more balanced view of the MANY approaches to wellness, not just some form of holistic pressure thinking. And this business of contacting your fleet of "experts' for advice is also something that sounds risky, at best.

I would like to renew my subscription, but I do not leave info on the computer, for obvious reasons, and a phone call was faster and easier than gathering the necessary paperwork, my checkbook, and all. I dialed the number, was put on hold, as, of course, "all other customer service specialists are busy". After two repetitions, out of the blue, I was transferred to voicemail and instructed to leave a message. Messages are notoriously a waste of time, so I hung up. And here I sit.
