Hello,
I have a otterbox that is about three year old. Which I paid a lot of money for. The reason I spent the money was because of the otterbox lifetime warranty which was for the life of the phone which I change every 3-4 years. I now have a crack in the faceplate which allows water to penetrate the case. I went on line to download the warranty form which I have used in the past. As I am reading the warranty it sates the otterbox is only warrantied for one year. This must be something new. I could have bought a cheaper phone case, but instead spent the extra money based on my previous exceptional experience with otterbox which was so simple in the past. Now I have a crack in my case and have to buy a new case for a older phone. I would appreciate it if otterbox could replace this case so I do not have to spend $35 again for a new case. My ex-girlfriend purchased an Otterbox for my apple s6 cellphone for my BD last year and I was told it had a lifetime warranty, Problem is I do not have the receipt for it and no way of getting in touch. The phone fell to the ground a couple of weeks ago and the case split on the bottom. When I checked the belt holster the top clip had broken off for some reason. I would just like to know if I can even get a replacement. It's an OTR DEF 78 6930A grey case. Your product is excellent and I was very happy too receive it as a gift and I understand that sometimes there are defects. To whom it may concern,
I recently had bought an outterbox symmetry case in May and I am very disappointed because it scratched up instantly. Since I had already spent so much money on the case I should not have to pay shipping to get my free warrantee. I am a loyal customer in which I buy a new outterbox case almost every year and I do not want to switch to another company. If you can please get back to me as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
