Ms. Uzma Kidwai On Phone To Philips Singapore Service
I purchased Philips LCD 32" TV from Hyperstar Karachi on 10th April 2013 this was on their promotion deal .
Thinking that Philips is a reputable name,I purchased it. After installation we realized that there was some sound issue and dialogues could not be heard clearly. I called up the Philips service centre, the technician could not fix the problem, so he advised me to send the TV to Phillips main service centre where they could check it in detail .
I have paid the asking price for this TV then why should I be given a product that has a defective sound system.I have made a request to the service center and also to Philips company to replace the TV as I donot want a TV to be repaired within two months of its purchase !
Has the quality of Philips really gone down ? Where is your vision of "together we will deliver superior value for our customers"
I look forward to getting my issue resolved at the earliest.
