I did not know my norton would be automatically renewed and S$80. 63 was being deducted on 5/1 until I saw the email on 5/1 It is so expensive for one year and I do not even have the choice to choose what i wanted Who would want to pay that much for antivirus per year? I then cancelled the autorenewal thing, but the money has not been credited back to my credit card until today, which is 6/1

I would wish to cancel my subscription for the Norton Virus protection services with immediate effect. I am no longer using your services since 2012, but it still charged me for the past three years. I have informed my Credit card company to block the transaction for next year 2017 for making the payment. In view of my arrangement with my credit card Company (Standard Chartered), I would also like to inform Norton Virus to cancel my subscription and to turn off the Norton Automatic renewal service. I trust this has been well informed and also serve as my notification to terminate the said subscription with no further billing to my card credit thereafter.
