Hello, Our favorite product is your Planters Cashews. We've been buying them for over 40 years
I shop at Hannaford in NH and anytime a product is not right, which is not that often, they are happy to refund. The last container of cashews was sealed properly, doesn't expire until July 02, 2019. However, the cashews inside upon opening it were moldy I've never experienced that before. I thought I should write to you as you would want to know. I'll upload photos to show you. Very disappointing especially after my husband had already ate a couple mouthfuls. I sent three photos to you. A disappointed long time customer,

My daughter shops for me, and I was aghast that she paid $5. 49 for a 10. three ounce can of Planters “mixed nuts. ” The product (13May19 1017 A3) should have been labeled “mixed nuts PIECES” because there were only pieces of the few cashews, pecans and Brazil nuts in the can. Most of the nuts were almonds and peanuts — and they tasted stale. When I want peanuts in the future, I’ll ask my daughter to buy Kroger brand. A 12-ounce can costs $1. 99 there, and they’re fresh.

I purchased a large can of Planters peanuts at Sam's club in Niagara Falls, NY. The extra large Virginia peanuts. The expiration date at the bottom of the can is 26FEB17EXO and :42. We opened the can and ate about one third and then we noticed that they were wet on the bottom and sweating. We stopped eating them because we were worried if they went bad. Can you please tell us what we can do. Thank you, Rose .
