I was told to go here (points)to buy back my expired miles with frontier early returns for 25 dollars. There is no clear way to do this on your website. I need to make an airline reservation as soon as possible, I was trying to do this yesterday and today, you do not have telephone help available. That is not good. I have been trying for four days now to relinquish my points in my AA Advantage account and I have never been so disillusioned Your web site is ridiculousI am asking for a phone number to contact you on with hopes you can easily guide me through, but, of course, there is no number. i need someone to walk me thru this--i don't need yet another email from you.
1) Having to post a complaint on a web site. 2) Waiting for someone to call back that never does. 3)Getting told to contact the same people that told me to contact Points.com. 3) Getting hosed for a hundred and forty seven bucks. 5) getting no satisfaction or respect.
Two weeks ago I was told by SWA customer service representative that I would receive $330. 00 credit back into my CHASE account in a few days for points purchased when I was unable to access my rapid rewards points when we needed to make changes to our SWA flight tickets which were purchased with points. After multiple calls to SWA to check on this and waiting the '7-10 business days that it takes', today I am told that Points.com has denied thisclaim which I was promised by the SWA customer service department. More than frustrated with the total lack of professionalism and dishonesty.
