I received a post card today telling me that I will be charged for Premium Editions. I do not want these. I called the customer service number and was told that there would be four of these editions per year and that they would each be $3. Luckily the representative waived the fee or I was ready to cancel the paper. Very disappointed that I could not opt out of these editions. To add to my displeasure, I must call the customer service number at the beginning of next year to see if these fees can be waived again. We get the Wall St. Journal and that is really enough paper for us. The only reason I get the Post-Crescent is for the crossword puzzle and to scan the paper quickly for local news. I am getting closer and closer to cancelling your paper as so many of my friends and relatives are. The rep said I would receive an email notifying me that the fees would be waived. Haven't received it yet?.

When the person delivers our papers, could they PLEASE place the paper(s) on our front porch. Right now it's thrown half way to the house. My husband is a vet and has a problem with walking. I'm afraid that if he goes out to get the paper when I'm not home he will fall. Thank you, .
