After purchasing George Strait tickets (through AXS) I was automatically enrolled in your free trial, but also noticed it authorized you to charge my am ex card. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE. I will be notifying Am Ex to not accept any charges from you. You have no 's that allow me to do this via anyother method than this. Which seems sketchy to me.

This company sucks! i purchased yanni tickets and then received an email with a 30 day free trial which i didn't accept. The 30 days is up and they then charged 9. 99 to my credit card which i did not authorize them to do. Since there is no way to contact them, i had to cancel my credit card and get a new one because that is the only way the charges will no longer be able to be charged to me. I cannot believe that companies get by with this crap.

Or maybe you forgot to leave out the part that you have to pay first? What's really the deal?, and could you make it clearer what you get with free version and what you get with free version? I have been billed for this app for the last seven months and have not used it and tried to cancel my subscription seven months ago. My bank tells me i have to keep doing a dispute of charge each month since they have no way to contact the merchant. This needs to be fixed. Also you really need a customer number. I have e-mailed the conpany to tell them to stop my subscirption and refund my money. But have never heard anything back. Rdio is the worst music app.
