Your instructions with only pictures is not good becaue it does not state wether you are facing the parts the right way for example on the botton do you face the peice with finished side up or down very hard to understand your instruxctions with only pictures very poor serfvice in my eyes then when you call to get help they give you a diferent number to call no help ewhat so ever wont buy these products again proabably will take back to the store and return it no satisfied at all .

On 3/11/2019, I purchased a chair mat designed for carpet from Office Depot in Burbank. On 4/11/2019, I called to ask to return it since it is so thin, it does not work on our (also thin) carpet. It is dented with wheel marks and the chair does not roll on it. The salesman said it was for carpet and should be fine. The store will not take it back because it's 31 days Said I must contact the manufacturer, which, incidentally, is not on the receipt. This is an inferior product, although guaranteed for life. Definitely not designed for carpet. I just wasted $38. 31 with tax. Please let me know if you stand behind your product. Looks like you have many complaints. Very disappointing and I probably will no longe shop at Office Depot/Office Max either.

I purchased a Realspace wire shelving unit from office depot sku 333558 this was a unit that they had on floor when they took it apart they misplaced four of the black spacer units that hold up the one shelve, i've called them back and they said they didn't know what happen to them I am looking to find out how i can get or buy four more so to be able to use the 4th shelve please help me as they are not willing to do it for me. I purchased the white Verismo Donded Leather Hight back office chair a few years ago. It immediately started "sinking" when I sat it in it. I regret that I did not return it right away. But it didn't happen to often. Now it won't even hold at all. As soon as I sit it in it sinks to the lowest level. I am way under the weight limit of the chair. Is their anything you can do to remedy this problem? I think the chair was manufactured incorrectly. Let me know

We purchased two desk through office depot. These desks are very very poor quality. We have had the desk for three short months and they already look awful. The stain/color of the desk has worn off and it looks terrible. We as a company are professional and will need to purchase another desk because of the terrible quality of the desk we have received from your company. I would not recommend these desk to anyone especially at the price we paid for them. Not worth the money.

I bought a BTEC 600 at office Max on 01/18/2015; the Hydraulic pump is going bad already. During my time on the chair I feel the pump release a little pressure every 2-5 minutes. Their has been some instances when I sit on the chair the pump will fully release all the pressure in it.
