I RECEIVED YOUR CPAP IN DECEMBER 2016 AFTER I HAD TO MAKE MANY CALLS TO GET THE SERVICE STARTED AND SENT TO MY HOME. THEN I EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS WITH RETURN CALLS IN REGARDS TO MY HUMIDFIER PRESSURE, I WOULD CALL THIS NUMBER PROVIDED IN OKC, NO ONE RETURNED CALLS, HAD TO CALL THE MAIN NUMBER ABOUT THE MACHINE. MY SUPPLIES APPARENTLY BECAME AN ISSUE AS BILLING NEVER BILLED MY MEDICAID WITH THE PROPER CODE SO I COULD RECEIVE THE CORRECT BENEFIT OF BILLING. AS TIME WENT ON I HAVE EXPERIENCED MANY ISSUES, THIS MACHINE IS WORTHLESS.
I'm curious to know what Resmed feels about Medicare giving companies the permission to sell refurbished machines? My experience here in New Hamsphire is that providers are selling refurbished machines and telling customers they are "New". I've had three machines that were badly damaged, two spurting water in my face at night, and the 3rd, had no humidifier, and would suddenly stop after a couple hours use. Yet the home care provider insisted they were new. I knew they weren't and wonder, what can a patient do to ensure they receive a new product and not refurbished. This particular company, Lincare in N. H., has no trained technicians on site. What can a patient do? I love your machines, but not when they are broken.

Suggestion:
I have an improvement suggestion for the Air Fit P 10. Will enhance the wearers use and alleviate dissatisfaction with the head strap. Will increase desire for this product as the result of a more secure, comfortable fit.
I have tried numerous times to reach Resmed, but to no avail. They said customer service was closed, but it was 4:10 P. All I want to know is if you have discontinued making the Mirage Activa Mask. I have used it for years, but my DME says they can no longer get it for me
Please let me know as soon as possible. Also what would be an appropriate nasal mask to replace it. Thank you so much. Jeff Foster

My New Resmed S10 VPAP ASV w/ Heated Humidifier that I bought from you works perfectly and almost all respects. However, occasionally when I sleep more than eight hours including a short pause to go to the bathroom, the machine shows that I have slept less than one hour. And the program "my air" also shows a fraction of an hour. For example, last night I slept about nine hours and the machine shows that I slept for. three hours. I do not know whether this is just a quirk in the machines software or whether it is some more serious programming the fact that could affect the quality of therapy that the machine provides. The serial number of my machine is 22151146725. Does this machine lead updated software?.
