I received a letter from your office with a blank payment voucher and no other information that what I owe or from what year. Please send me the complete information so I can take the necessary action. Also I do not use any on line account and never receive any year 2018 assessment nor any other communication. I CALLED IN TODAY BECAUSE THE LAST TIME I SPOKE TO A RCA AGENT HE HAD TOLD ME THAT I WOULD GET ANOTHER PAyment AT THE BEGINNING OF JUNE 2018. BUT THE AGENT TODAY TOLD ME THAT NO SUCH PAYMENT WOULD OCCUR. I TOLD THE AGENT THAT I RECALL VERY WELL THAT THE AGENT TWICE TOLD ME OF SUCH A PAYMENT. THE AGENT CUT OFF THE CALL. THEY ARE PROTECTING THEMSELVES FROM FALSE STATEMENT. I KNOW THAT I GET RACIAL SLURS AND ATTITUDE FROM A CERTAIN GROUP THAT ENJOYS GREAT OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORKING FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. BUT THEY HAVE SHOWN AN ATTITUDE OF CONTEMPT TOWARDS CANADIANS. YES, THE PHILIPINOS HAVE BECOME RACIST FOLLOWING IN THE TRAIL OF THE CHINESE ARRIVING TO CANADA. YELLOW SUPREMACIST AND PSEUDO- CHRISTIANS. TAKE WHATEVER CONCLUSIONS OR ACTION BUT THEY ARE A DOMINEERING AND RACIST ELEMENT IN CANADIAN SOCIETY.
