I have searched all over Canada for Rowenta Part RS-UL4336 Cord/Power Supply. This has been replaced once at real expense and now the only source seems to be the U. S, . Where the cost quoted is 37. 00 and 37. 00 for delivery. This does not place Rowenta in a very good light. The steam iron it self was plenty costly (the Rolls-Royce of irons) and now, stand-behind service is non existent or exorbitant. Recommend to others? What do you think?David O.

I purchased the Rowenta Eco Intelligent Iron, it is the second one I purchased and water is leaking from the bottom and the latch where you put water in broke off very easily. I have only had it for several months. I am very disappointed, as I thought since I paid over $150. 00, I would get a superior product. I think I am better off buying a cheaper iron.

This is the second Rowenta iron I have purchased in the last four years. Both times the electrical cord seems to disconnect from the iron. This causes interruption of power to the iron. The last time I received no help from Rowenta. I hope that posting this will awaken customer service.
