Meu nome e Mary Lou Louro , tive o flight No. S40233 no dia 29 de agosto passado, era para sair de Terceira para Boston as ten da manha, so sai as 9. 00 da noite do mesmo dia, com transtorno pois perdi o voo de Boston para Newark, NJ. Pernoitando no aeroporto en Boston sem qualquer assistencia, tive que pagar outro voo no dia seguinte para o meu destino, foi horrivel com esta ma situacao que espero nao voltar a ser vitima,

I purchased tickets for portugal on SATA on-line. I also purchased and paid for specific seats (20A and 20B) when we arrived at Toronto airport, we were told there was no record on file, that the seats we paid for were taken by another couple and that we had to accept the last two seats available. This happened from Toronto to Lisbon on July 29 Booking reservation number is ?6BGMBN and 6E883E for Emily and Joao Carlos Cristovao, The same thing also happened from Lisbon to Toronto on Sept 2nd. Our credit cards have been charged approx $500 for seats that we did not get. I would like to speak to someone who can help me to process a credit for these charges since I did not receive the service I did not receive.
