Hi.this is ayman mohamed ,working at Emirates airline in dubai.
I bought Samsung Mobile Galaxy S4 3g ladt July then the mobile fall down from me on August 06 and the screen was damaged and I sent it for repairing at Axiom and they charged me 660 Dhs as it was out of warranty(my mistake).I received the mobile from axiom on August 07 then I traveled to Egypt on August 08 For my annual leave. After 72hrs I notes some different colours on the screen then some cracks on it,however nothing visible on the screen,so I switched it off to hand it over again to aximo telecom.
I came to dubai on September 14 and I went to axiom telecom on 16 sep,shaik zayed road,they told me it should be out of warranty as some cracks there and there is ni single drop on the mobile ,how? I do not know

I sent you an email this morning about not receiving any reply regarding the repair of my TV.
I now have been contacted with an estimate (of AED 7575!), but when I asked what the problem is, the reply is very unclear (we have to change the SCREEN????). Furthermore, when I requested a written estimate by email to forward to our insurance company (we have just moved from Bangkok and we are insured for the shipment), I am told that the company should contact Samsung directly (from Bangkok?!) or I should come and collect it at Al Quoz!
