My father has purchased Toshiba LED TV, Model 29P2305ZE, on 22-03-2014 with three years warranty. Recently the TV has stopped working and my father has given a complaint to customer care on 03-04-2016. Service request number TIPLSR4H0001978. We were promised to resolve within 48 hours. The technician attended on 08-04-2016 and informed that a part has to be replaced, which will be done within a week. Now when my father called up the nearby service centre he was informed not to call frequently for status enquiry as it will take another 15 to 20 working days for resolution. On the whole it is taking more than a month for complaint which is not acceptable by any standards of Toshiba. I am not at all happy with this kind of response. Hence request you to please take up the matter on priority.

Third class service. This is to inform you that on last Thursday (15/01/2015) I made a complaint regarding my Toshiba TV. Same day engineer visited at my place to solve the problem. And on diagnosing he told me that TV's motherboard is faulty and it will get replaced in 1-2 days. But after 6-7 days no communication was made to me so on 28/01/2015, I called up the engineer (his number is 919810555470) and he told me that the company has refused to change the motherboard because the TV has only one year warranty. But at the time of purchase it was told to me that it has three years warranty, moreover I received warranty card stating three years warranty. Kindly look into the matter.
