I purchase Schar Brown Ciabatta Rolls every week. Tthey are often quite defleted. Recently I have found that thw 'white flour' (I have always presumed that it was a flour dusting) has been tinged with mildew and have had to bin them or take them back to the store. Today, however about two/two-and-ahalf hours after eating breakfast I began to fill sick. Then around three hours later I felt very sick, and had to pull over the car and was violently sick. I did not connect this to the rolls I had had at breakfast, but when I got home and checked the remainingtwo I found that they were yellowed and green lik mildewed. I remembered that the two other rollls had ssemed very heavily 'dusted' with powdered too. So this time I think I should write to you and tell you. I also attach some phottos. I bought the packet in Bristol, England yesterday 28/09/2018. The 'best before' date is 16. 12. 18
I am sorry that the photos are not that good, but believe me they look extremely unplalatable.
I purchase many Schar products. However, the white bread had huge holes in the center so you could not make a sandwich. The bread costs almost $6 a loaf. My favorite bread is the Multigrain. It is delicious. Many people with Celiac also avoid seeds in their diet because of esophagus and colon issues. Is it possible to make the Multigrain without seeds?
Also, my favorite crackers are the table crackers. I have to agree with another customer that I do not like the change from Tapioca to corn starch. Thank you very much. Sincerely,
Joyce Wise .
