Respected Indramani Jatia established Seth Ganga Sagar Jatia Polytechnic - Khurja in memory of her husband Late Shri Seth Ganga Sagar Jatia. She donated 52.03 acres of land and provided financial assistance to the government too. Three year diploma courses in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering were started in 1960.Due to fast leading Ceramic industries in Khurja city, three year diploma course in Glass & Ceramic Engineering was started in 1972. At present four courses are running in this institute.

Various activities are carried out by the volunteers of this scheme, which include blood donation camps, tree plantation etc. Latest achievement of our Polytechnic is the first position in Inter – Polytechnic Table Tennis tournament held at G.P Sonepat in Sep 2006. And second position in Inter – Polytechnic Volley ball held at G.P Nilokheri in Sep 2006.
