Recently purchased your commercial grade for home use washer/dryer set. Three things that are worrisome for me. First, the agitator is always askew during wash and rinse cycles. Always have to bring it back to the middle/correct position after every single load, even though I have carefully and properly loaded each load. Second, when washing sheets, they become twisted badly even though carefully and properly loaded. Third, the water level seems very low when the extra large load has been selected. I do have photos, but am not able to load them in this email to fully illustrate the above comments.

So distraught. This washing machine has been misery for three years I have unplugged it, restarted it, jimmied it in every way to get my wash done. Speed Queen repair has tried everything they know, acknowledged the problem and that they can not fix it. I do not want to diminish a serious ailment. But I do believe I have PTSD from this machine. I am on edge every time it gets near the rinse cycle where it usually stops - so I am constantly checking. Alliance has been NO help - more of a phantom corporation - only telling me that there is never a serious problem with their machines. I am retired and cannot afford another machine - and remember thinking when I bought my new machines three years ago I'd never have to buy another washer/dryer. At my age, might have been true except I bought the wrong ones. If there is any integrity at Alliance/Speed Queen - a reply would be greatly appreciated.

We purchased a Speed Queen washing machine in July, 2016, and have been satisfied with the performance. However, I notice that the paint is flaking off near the door. The machine is in an inside of the house utility room and is wiped down each week only with a wet sponge, no chemicals. This seems to be very poor workmanship if the paint lasts less than two years. We are very disappointed.

I have a Speed Queen top loader model AWN432S bought about 14 months ago that deposits a scummy ring around the stainless steel tub after every wash load--no matter what type of soap or the fact that I always use a second rinse. I do no use a liquid fabric softener. I need to use a solvent to wipe the scum off. The service person says that's just the way it is. There is nothing that can be done about it. If that scum is being deposited on the stainless steel tub, I wonder what is being deposited on my clothes. Any ideas or solutions for this problem?.

We recently had a Speed Queen Front load washer donated to our hospital. We have had a problem with getting small items in the drainage system and we get Error Code OF. We have started using mesh bags for this problem. Is this a common problem with this machine? Also what is the recommended bleach product for this type of washer?

There is a leak from the bleach dispenser that goes down inside the tub to the bottom of the pan and out on to the floor. There is some rust developing on the tub. You call this customer service I have never in my life dealt with a company that does nothing, but give you the run around. Being that I am highly media connected, I assure you, I will not be no where near generous when I put just how bad your company is when I put it out in the media as well as hundreds of merchandise review sites This issue has been going on for a month now and has cost me hundreds of dollars going to a laundromat because no one cares or wants to do their job and help a customer If the people that work for me treated customers this way, they would be looking for another job I have been expecting a call back and low and behold never got one. Every time my wife or I have called, no one can find any kind of record about the situation in your system. What are you in the 1980's with your computer system and/or software That is an unacceptable excuse for a company in todays day and age.
