Why is that I have to wait on line whenever i place an order over the phone. I am a registered nurse and rely on my Starbucks before my shift. There is one particular Starbucks that is located in the Bay Plaza Mall in the Bronx. I usually place my order at 5:45 pm and expects to be able to just walk in and pick up my order. That is not the case in this store. Whenever i go to pick up my order i have wait for one of the workers to finish taking care of an order before they are able to just hand me mine. Sometimes I have to wait from two to five minutes to get my order. This is totally unacceptable when time is against me. Is it possible that this particular store have a point person to simply hand out online orders so that we, the online customers do not have to go into the store and wait? Today in particular, my order was just sitting there and had to wait for the availability of someone just to hand me my order. I am sure I am not the first to complain about this process.

I used your app to place an order at a location and it was suppose to be open at 5am … they did not get to the location till 535am. I could not get my order till 6am because they needed to make coffee, etc. Order costed me over 8. 00 dollars, my time of waiting at this location. I would think I should get a credit not just for the order, but my time and hassle.

I buy Starbucks coffee frequently at the grocery store, plus I visit my local Starbucks for drinks, as do all members of my family. I enter the star codes online on the Starbuck's site that I pull from my coffee packages. Yesterday and today when I tried to add one, I got a message that these codes had been used. I literally had JUST removed them from my packaging. Can you explain how this could happen? I know for 100% FACT I have not attempted to add them previously.

Dear Starbucks, I have always had a great experience at your stores and this is the first time I have sent an email to complain. I ordered my usual mocha decaf at your store on Highland and Manhattan Beach Blvd in Manhattan Beach, California (while visiting my daughter and son-in-law). There was a very unpleasant taste to it as if the mocha was a dry powder. The barrister offered to make another cup, but with the same result. I have unSuccessfully tried to add my star codes to my account again. The last time, I just tossed them as I thought they were out of date or something. The numbers are: PNWK6JYST and PT5HVPCVV. They appear to be all capital letters. I do not have the two I tossed.
