Ms. Kim Mason On Phone To Sunbrella Service
I want to complaint over the poor quality of the cover which protects my outdoor furniture purchased from Costco last may 2017. It is very poor gone thin ripped full of mildew and i wont get another year out of it. Please could you send me a new cover as a good will gesture as my furniture is beautiful and i want to protect as best as possible. My furniture is six seats and table reference 1031520 sling dining set. I do not want to make a fuss, but i think you should know as then you can maintain your quality.
