Hello, I purchased a new Syma X11c quad copter and it will not operate. The charging indicator light does not work, during charging as specified. Can you help me determine if the charger or battery is defective or is there something I have overlooked? The led lights on the copter are flashing rapidly and it will not start.
I have owned the Syma x5c and was using it successfully. it was taking great footage and everything was perfect. after a month or so, it would only fly sideways so i followed the instructions to reset. then the the propellers moved quickly but did not take off. i changed the propellers. i continued to reset and finally it came off the ground slightly in the rear, but did not fly at all. can you please give me suggestions how i can fix this problem to my email address. thank you so much.

My X12 quad copter is not flying. I think its wings movement rotation is going in wrong way. Because previously it was flying the wings air was giving downward direction and so it was flying also. But from next day its wings when moving the air is giving to upward direction like a fan. And so it is not flying. I had tried hundred of time by resetting the remote according to the instruction manual given with the X12 drone. Please help me and provide solution.

Hello, I have an X5C Explorer and have struggled in getting help to fix it. It is brand new and when I try and fly it, it only goes one way and will not hover still.
