I have completed my test on 3rd October 2015 bearing ets ID 11522708. I am glad with your service that i received my score report soft copy with in ten days of time. I waited till January for hard copy and then i called up your customer care on eight January 2016 to raise the query. Then they disclosed that there is some issue with the delivery address and hence the did not iniated delivery process. Between the period 03. 10. 2015 and 08. 01. 2016 i did not had any sort of communication from ETS. When i called up they said to update the address and they initiated the process, and asked me to wait for 4-6 weeks. Now when i am calling up they are not in a position to track my score card and tell me where exactly it is. Since attesting certificate is not possible with out original document and because of the communication barrier i lost many opportunities for summer 2016 entry, i can not loose opportunities for winter 2016 because of delay in the process.
