Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh is a co-ed college of higher education is affiliated to the Krantiguru Shyamji Verma Kachchh University (Bhuj) since 2004. Earlier, Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh was affiliated with Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. The College, which is under the direction of the Gandhidham Collegiate Board (Tolani Vidya Mandir), is an institution that provides university education in a friendly atmosphere Recently, the college got itself accredited by NAAC (National Accreditation and Assessment Council) and got B+ Grade. Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh is the first college in Kutch District to get itself accredited.
Beginning in a small one-storey building on June 15th , 1962, with an enrolment of handful students, the Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh has at present over 1500 students housed in large buildings on the beautiful campus of "The Tolani Vidya Mandir", Adipur.
Looking at the academic requirements of the people of Adipur and Gandhidham, this Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh provides and fulfills the desire of our upcoming generation to achieve their goals thorugh parting different and suitable subjects to them.
Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh has Bachelor of Arts (BA) at undergraduate and Master of Arts at postgraduate programmes. From time to time, we organize remedial courses along with the regular courses. All deserving students are admitted irrespective of caste and creed and their rights of conscience are respected. Besides, the Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh commits itself to serve the economically weak, socially underprivileged and needy students.
An earnest attempt has been made for the first time by this Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh for which about four UGC sponsored career oriented courses are being conducted. Along with the management and a dynamic principal, an efficient team of faculty contribute significantly to the fulfillment of the academic programmes.
Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh has a big Library with more than 10000 volumes of Books and Periodicals. It has also a reading room with the capacity of fifty students. Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh also provides all leading News Papers and Magazines in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Texts books related to the subjects of Arts and Science are available for needy students.

Faculties of Arts and Science like Home Science, Food Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Micro Biology etc. have their personal laboratories with appropriate infrastructure and equipments for their practical use. Volunteer Group of Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchhconsists of twenty five dynamic students from Arts and Science faculties who have contributed immensely to maintain a disciplined participation of students in various cultural activities, daily assembly, Annual Function, PTA and Alumni meetings etc.
In the year 2006-07, a Women Empowerment Cell is formed under the Home Science wing which undertakes women-oriented programmes regarding awareness of their rights. Self-sustainable short-term courses like card making, candle making, cooking, embroidery etc. are organized for the girls.
Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh Alumni Association was established in 2005 under the chairmanship of Mr. Ashok Sharma, who is presently the owner of Sharma Resorts (4 star) and the president of Gujarat Hotel Owner’s Association. It is an honour to have seven of alumni members as faculty of the Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh which includes the Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and the Coordinator.
Tolani College of Arts and Science - TCAS Kachchh has hostels for resident students of Tolani campus with the capacity of 365 students in Boys Hostel and 180 in Smt. Punibai Tolani Girls Hostel. Representatives are nominated at the beginning of each term who then assume responsibility for the varied activities of hostel life, which include socials, entertainments, inter-hostel sports, library and the mess. Hostel blocks have amenities like telephone, garden and other entertainment & recreation facilities like TV and equipments for indoor and outdoor sports.
