Translam College of Law a constituent unit of the Translam group of Educational Institution, was established in the year 2002 with the objects of providing high quality legal education to students aspiring to be lawyers, administrators, legal personnel and judges. It is approved by the Bar council of India vide registration no. BCI/LE/TCL/MRUT/CCSU/07/2002.
The Translam College of Law is one of the most ambitious projects undertaken by lithe group under the inspiring leadership of its President, Mr. Mohit Kumar Jain. Mr. Jain is a distinguished person renowned for his great flair for quality education and his proad vision. He has a deep urge to foster to perfection all the institutions constituted by the Group. As to the Law College, he is committed to the ideal of developing it into a center of excellence for legal education.
Translam College of Law encourages the students to attend a large range of conferences staged by the department throughout the year. These provide a valuable opportunity to the students to attend many lectures and get a wide dimension of many subjects. Our college provides not only the legal education but it provides to develop the personality of the students in all manners like - Spoken English, Behavioral Science to develop the relation with society as a lawyer as well as a common man.
The objectives of the Translam College of Law is to provide comprehensive, modern legal education to students so as to shape them into conscientious, competent legal professionals, to promote and disseminate the knowledge of law and legal processes in the context of national and international developments with a view to promoting the application of law as an instrument of social change and human welfare, To foster in the students qualities of good citizen and respect for human values, and inculcate in them high standards of professional ethics and integrity. Besides of it Translam College of Law wants to provide ample opportunity to every student to develop his/her personality by personality development programs, To provide the computer skills by internet-equipped computer lab, To prepare the student for judiciary as well as executive class competitions by teaching of general studies, and To enhance and develop mental skills for legal debates as well as moot court.
